While we are striving for your complete satisfaction, due to the nature of our business and the fact that products are produced with the full intention to come in contact with your lovely lady/ male parts, we have put strict guidelines in place to keep the health and safety of all of our customers and staff as our top priority. Due to the COVID 19 virus and the nature of the business that we run, Yoni Love Herbals will not be accepting returns of any products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact customer service at (484) 969-9664 and we will be sure to try our best to resolve your concern. Your satisfaction is our TOP PRIORITY!

REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AT THE DISCRETION OF YONI LOVE HERBALS ONLY. WE OPERATE OUR COMPANY ON AN OVERALL "NO REFUND" POLICY. Refunds on purchased products are not guaranteed and are on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management. If customers experience an issue, Yoni Love Herbals will do its absolute best to resolve the issue with the customer to provide a satisfactory experience with our company.

In the case that management decides to grant a refund, refunds are processed immediately, but may take between 7 and 10 business days to show in your account, depending on your banking institution.
